BENJAMIN ROSS, PHD

Ben received his B.A. in biochemistry from Lewis & Clark College in 2005. He was a research tech at the NIDDK in Dr. Andy Golden’s lab before completing his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology in the lab of Dr. Harmit Malik at the Fred Hutch Cancer Center in Seattle, WA. Ben then trained as a postdoc with Dr. Joseph Mougous in the University of Washington Department of Microbiology. Outside of science, Ben loves to spend time with his family, hiking, gardening, and simply messing about with boats.
